Admissions Public Relations Coordinator

Our Admissions & Public Relations Coordinator is vital in promoting Quality Life to our residents through admitting and welcoming new residents to Sumner Place and ensuring the community is aware of our great facility!

This is a full-time (Monday-Friday) position.

Daily job duties include:

  • Reviewing referrals

  • Answering/returning phone calls to potential referrals

  • Attending community events

  • Reviewing and updating online presence

  • Supervise Guest Relations department

Qualified candidates will possess high personal integrity and passion for hospitality, serving older adults, and promoting Sumner Place’s quality reputation. Our Admission/PR Coordinator’s days are split between sitting while completing computer work and staying active on their feet while giving tours and coordinating/attending events.
